22nd Slovenian Wine Festival — Cankarjev dom, Ljubljana, Central Slovenia

The much-awaited 22nd edition of the Slovenian Wine Festival is finally with us. Taking place on November 14 and 15 at Cankarjev dom, experts and wine producers will present their knowledge about wines to wine enthusiasts. You will, of course, be able to taste an endless array of wines from all over Slovenia. You can check out my experience at last year’s festival here. The Slovenian Wine Festival forms part of the November Gourmet Ljubljana festival.
More than 150 local and foreign winemakers will participate in the 22nd Slovenian Wine Festival, and more than 500 different wine samples will be available for tasting.
The main objective of the Slovenian Wine Festival is to promote of Slovenian wines. All those who are interested in wine and getting to numerous Slovenian wines and winemakers under one roof are encouraged to attend.
This years edition of the Slovenian Wine Festival will be further enhanced by a strong culinary presence. Moreover, the festival is introducing a vegan food section featuring one of Europe’s best vegan restaurants: Kucha (also situated in Ljubljana).
