Karst Prosciutto Festival – Ljubljana, Central Slovenia

The Karst prosciutto festival is taking place in Ljubljana for the third consecutive. It aims to promote Karst prosciutto as a top European choice.
You’ll be able to taste authentic Karst prosciutto, get acquainted with its European symbol of quality – a protected geographical indication, and learn about Karst herbs and customs. Experts in the prosciutto trade will cut elegant slices of the cured meat for you to taste. They’ll also be happy to divulge information about the excellence of Karst goods and the traditions that are associated with them.
The ethnic music band Kranjci will be on site to entertain you.
